Hello Everyone

I wanted to let you know that I may be a bit tardy in posting new messages as I am busy taking care of my wife Priscilla. She was in the hospital for a month after some complications from surgery. We are now home with home nursing care. I take care of her from 6 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. I have a sitter here with her overnight so I can get some sleep. She has a long recovery ahead but is doing great. She walked 8/10′s of a mile yesterday. Better than most healthy people. She is mentioning chocolate more ofter so I know she is on the mend.

When you read my new book you will learn why diversity is not the goal. Read the following exert from Chapter 3 of my book to learn that the real goal is to have an inclusive environment where everyone matters and they know it. When leaders create this kind of environment, diversity follows, because everyone wants to work in this kind of culture.
