Politics in business reminds me of my Navy days again. A lot of the younger Sailors would complain about the "politics" and so on. I simply told them, it's just a game. You have to know how to play. Pretend you're playing a live action video game. You need to figure out what your next step is and what accessories you may need to get there in one piece.
